  • 150 g macaroni
  • 400 g fresh spinach
  • 1/2 chorizo sausage
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 5 ml Italian herbs
  • 5 ml onion powder
  • 5 ml garlic powder
  • 5 ml paprika powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • grated cheese

    Cut the onion into large pieces and dice the chorizo into small cubes.

    Fry the chorizo in a hot pan until crispy, then add the onion just before it’s done.

    Add the spinach and cook until it has wilted completely.

    Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.

    Add the cream, lemon juice and the herbs to the spinach mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Drain the macaroni and mix it into the sauce.

    Serve with some grated cheese.
