  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 1000 g potatoes
  • 250 g lardons
  • 100 g raisins
  • 10 ml onion powder
  • 5 ml garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

    Put the raisins in boiling hot water for 10 minutes.

    Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water until soft.

    Cook the sauerkraut for about 20 minutes on low heat.

    Bake the lardons until crispy.

    Mash the potatoes and add the sauerkraut, lardons, raisins, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper.

    Mix well and serve. Optionally, serve with some gravy.
