- 500 g sauerkraut
- 1000 g potatoes
- 250 g lardons
- 100 g raisins
- 10 ml onion powder
- 5 ml garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1Put the raisins in boiling hot water for 10 minutes.
- 2Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water until soft.
- 3Cook the sauerkraut for about 20 minutes on low heat.
- 4Bake the lardons until crispy.
- 5Mash the potatoes and add the sauerkraut, lardons, raisins, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper.
- 6Mix well and serve. Optionally, serve with some gravy.
