  • 335 g pickled red cabbage
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 70 g butter
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 ml onion powder
  • 5 ml garlic powder
  • 5 ml paprika powder
  • 20 g breadcrumbs

    Peel and boil the potatoes until they are fully cooked.

    Brown the ground beef in a pan and add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, and some salt and pepper.

    Heat the milk in the microwave or in a small saucepan.

    Mash the potatoes into a purée and add half of the butter, then the milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until you have a smooth mashed potato.

    Grease an oven dish with some butter and add the ground beef to the dish.

    Layer the red cabbage on top of the ground beef, followed by the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and distribute the remaining butter.

    Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C.
