- 2 el curry powder
- 1/2 tl paprika
- 1 tl ground coriander
- 1/2 tl curry powder (extra)
- 1/2 tl ginger
- 1 kg lean ground beef
- 2 el dried herbs
- 50 g Massaman Curry Paste
- 1/4 kop raisins
- 1 el Worcestershire sauce
Savory Egg Custard Topping
- 3 eggs
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/2 tl turmeric
- 1/2 kop milk
- desired amount of mozzarella
- salt and pepper
